 Rotary Vane Reconditioning

All rebuild prices include disassembly, inspection & cleaning. Replacement of seals, gasket, springs, o-rings & valves. Other parts replaced as required upon approval for an extra charge. Pumps are then tested & painted.

Pricing does not include damaged vanes, stators, plates or rotors. 

Plates can be surface ground and bushings replaced. Rotors are flame sprayed with stainless steel to bring them back to OEM specifications. 

Notification via fax or email will be given, prior to rebuilding, if additional parts are needed.

Rotary Piston Pump Reconditioning

Our list prices include the replacing of standard wear items with major rebuild kits. This includes o-rings, shaft sleeves, shaft seals, bearings and gaskets. A set of replacement exhaust filters, an oil filter and an inlet filter are also installed, if required. We remanufacture your vacuum pumps to OEM specifications.
