Permissible ambient temperature during operation: 12 - 40°C [54 - 104°F]
Applications:
- Suitable for pumping non corrosive gases
- Typically used as a foreline vacuum pump to create low vacuum that then goes through a turbo pump to create the necessary vacuum.

Oil Capacity: 0.6 liter
Oil Compatibility: Varian DS31 is equivalent to our Plus 19
Suggested Maintenance Schedule:
- Monthly: Check oil levels
- Twice Yearly: Clean inlet filter
