Overview
The Welch CRVpro 8 is a two-stage, oil-sealed direct-drive rotary-vane vacuum pump for laboratory, research and industrial service. The CRVpro design combines gas ballast, forced oil lubrication, anti-suckback protection and a large oil reservoir in a compact package.

Applications
Freeze drying, vacuum ovens, Schlenk lines, vacuum concentration, backing turbomolecular pumps, degassing and vessel or chamber evacuation. Direct-drive pumps are not recommended for sustained operation above 30 Torr.
