Overview
The Welch CRVpro 8 CHEM is a chemical-duty two-stage rotary-vane vacuum-pump package for processes using aggressive vapors. It combines the CRVpro 8 pump with continuous acid neutralization and oil filtration to help protect the pump during chemical service.

Applications
Freeze drying, vacuum ovens, Schlenk lines, vacuum concentration, backing turbomolecular pumps, degassing and vessel or chamber evacuation. Direct-drive pumps are not recommended for sustained operation above 30 Torr.
